By accessing the Site, signing up for Services, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

We provide personalized financial counseling and education services, including:

• Confidential financial assessments and budgeting guidance.
• Review and analysis of credit reports for educational purposes.
• Strategies for improving credit health through positive habits, debt management education, and credit-building techniques.
• Assistance in identifying and disputing inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable items on credit reports in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Preparation and submission of dispute correspondence to credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies (where applicable).
• Access to a secure client portal for tracking progress, documents, and communications.
• General financial literacy resources, workshops, and ongoing coaching.

Important Notice: Our Services focus on education, empowerment, and lawful dispute assistance. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. We cannot guarantee removal of any credit items, specific credit score improvements, timelines, or financial outcomes — results depend on individual circumstances, credit bureau responses, and factors beyond our control.

Required CROA Disclosure (for credit dispute services): You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus for free. We cannot remove accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information. No specific results are guaranteed. See the attached "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" notice (mandatory FTC/CROA statement) for full details on your rights.

• Provide accurate, complete information and authorize access to your credit reports/financial data as needed.
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification.
• Notify us of any changes in your financial situation or contact information.
• You always retain the right to manage your credit or dispute items independently.

• Fees are transparent and tied to Services performed (e.g., monthly packages for ongoing counseling and dispute support).
• In compliance with CROA, we do not charge or collect payment for credit repair-related services before they are fully performed.
• See our Pricing page for current packages, setup fees (if any), and recurring charges.
• Payments processed securely via integrated tools.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services until resolved.
• No hidden fees; all terms outlined in your signed agreement.

• 3-Business-Day Right (CROA Requirement): You may cancel any agreement for credit-related services without penalty or obligation by notifying us before midnight of the 3rd business day after signing. Full refund if any payment made.
• After the initial period, cancel per your contract (e.g., written notice, prorated final billing for performed Services).
• Provide cancellation in writing to info@infinitesolutions.support

Services are educational and assistance-based, provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties regarding outcomes, score changes, or financial benefits. Past client results do not predict future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes resolved in Tarrant County, Texas courts.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
